Women's Health Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV

Your Body Deserves Better Answers

Women's health Physical Therapy isn't just for after you have a baby. Dr. Kelsey works with women from fertility and pregnancy through perimenopause and beyond, because your pelvic floor deserves expert care at every stage of life.

What Happens When Pelvic Health Issues Are Left Without a Plan

The "Just Deal With It" Cycle

You've been told leaking, pain, or discomfort is normal. It isn't. Without a clear plan and a provider who actually listens, these issues compound and keep you from moving, training, and living the way you want.

Dismissed by the Healthcare System

Too many women leave appointments without answers. Generic advice, rushed visits, and no specialist referral, when what you needed was someone who could actually assess your pelvic floor and build you a plan.

Guessing Your Way Through Recovery

Whether you're postpartum, returning to running, or navigating perimenopause, doing it without specialized support means slower progress, more setbacks, and the nagging feeling something isn't right.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have questions about women's health Physical Therapy? Here are answers to what we hear most.

Is pelvic floor PT only for women who have had a baby?

Not at all. Women's health Physical Therapy is relevant from fertility through menopause. Dr. Kelsey works with women navigating pelvic pain, bladder leakage, painful intercourse, and menopause-related changes whether or not they have ever been pregnant. If your pelvic floor is affecting your life, you're a candidate.

How does in-home PT work for something this personal?

Dr. Kelsey creates a professional, private environment in your own home. There is no waiting room, no unfamiliar clinic setting, and no one else around. Many patients find the home setting actually makes it easier to relax and get the most out of their 1:1 session.

Does insurance cover women's health physical therapy?

The Mobility Project is a cash-based practice, no insurance billing. We provide superbills weekly so you can submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement. HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Many patients find the direct-pay model means better care and more flexible scheduling.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session is an evaluation. Dr. Kelsey comes to your home, listens to your history, performs a thorough assessment, and builds a personalized care plan. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's happening and a specific plan to address it.

Do you work with female athletes and active women?

Yes. Dr. Kelsey works with female athletes managing pelvic symptoms, women returning to running or strength training after birth, and active women who want to perform without pelvic floor limitations. Sport-specific return-to-activity progressions are part of the care plan.
