Postpartum Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV
Real Recovery for Your Whole Body
Postpartum recovery is not something to push through alone or wait out. Whether it's core weakness, pelvic floor symptoms, or lingering pain, we build a plan around what's actually happening in your body, not a generic six-week checklist.

What Happens When Postpartum Recovery Is Left Without a Real Plan
"Cleared" Without a Real Assessment
The standard six-week checkup often clears you for activity without ever assessing your core, pelvic floor, or how your body is actually moving. That gap is where symptoms get left unaddressed.
Generic Advice Instead of Answers
"Just do some Kegels" isn't a plan. What actually helps is a full assessment of your core, your pelvic floor, and what's driving your specific symptoms, not a one-size-fits-all handout.
Guessing Your Way Back to Activity
Without a real plan, returning to running, lifting, or chasing your toddler becomes trial and error. A personalized progression means fewer setbacks and a clearer path back to what you love.
Why Patients Choose The Mobility Project for Postpartum PT
We combine specialized postpartum expertise with a warm, direct approach that validates what your body has been through and focuses on real, measurable progress back to strength.

Frequently Asked Questions
Common questions about postpartum Physical Therapy, answered honestly.
Do I need a doctor's clearance before starting?
Not necessarily. Many patients start alongside their six-week checkup, and some start sooner with the right guidance. We can talk through your specific situation before you book.
How soon after birth can I start PT?
It depends on your birth and how you're feeling. Some patients begin gentle work in the first few weeks, while others start closer to the six-week mark. We build the timeline around you.
Does insurance cover postpartum physical therapy?
The Mobility Project is a cash-based practice, no insurance billing. Weekly superbills are provided so you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
What should I expect during my first session?
Your first session is a full evaluation of your core, pelvic floor, and movement patterns. We listen to your birth history, complete a thorough assessment, and build a personalized care plan.
Is this only for brand-new moms?
Not at all. Whether you're six weeks or several years postpartum, if core weakness, pelvic floor symptoms, or pain never fully resolved, a plan built around your body now can still help.
