Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy in Las Vegas, NV

Real Relief for Your Pelvic Floor

Pelvic floor symptoms are not something to push through or wait out. Whether it's pain, leakage, or pressure, we build a plan around what's actually happening in your body, not a generic protocol.

What Happens When Pelvic Floor Symptoms Are Left Without a Plan

Symptoms Written Off as Normal

Leakage, pain, and pressure get dismissed as a normal part of life. They aren't. Left unaddressed, these symptoms tend to compound and keep you from moving and living the way you want.

Generic Advice Instead of Answers

Rushed appointments and one-size-fits-all exercises leave many patients without a real plan. What actually helps is a full assessment of what's driving your specific symptoms.

Guessing Your Way Through Recovery

Without specialized pelvic floor care, progress becomes trial and error. A personalized plan means fewer setbacks and a clearer path forward.

Frequently Asked Questions

Common questions about pelvic floor Physical Therapy, answered honestly.

Is pelvic floor PT only for after having a baby?

Not at all. Pelvic floor symptoms can show up at any stage, from fertility and pregnancy through perimenopause and menopause. If pain, leakage, or pressure is affecting your life, you're a candidate regardless of whether you've been pregnant.

How does in-home PT work for something this personal?

Care happens in your own home, with no waiting room and no one else around. Many patients find this setting makes it easier to relax and get the most out of a one-on-one session.

Does insurance cover pelvic floor physical therapy?

The Mobility Project is a cash-based practice, no insurance billing. Weekly superbills are provided so you can submit for possible out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted.

What should I expect during my first session?

Your first session is a full evaluation. We listen to your history, complete a thorough assessment, and build a personalized care plan. You'll leave with a clear picture of what's happening and next steps.

Do you work with active women and athletes?

Yes. Return-to-activity progressions for running, lifting, and sport are part of the care plan for patients managing pelvic floor symptoms while staying active.
